I haven't had a chance to attend a class yet, but I purchased a Groupon and was on the Jabz site to schedule my first class. I had a question when I tried to checkout, so I emailed in to the "contact us" and was fully prepared to not hear back. To my surprise, Kim responded back immediately and I was able to get everything setup for my first class. She also let me know about their app which makes scheduling even easier. Very happy with my experience so far and even more excited for my first class!
