I haven't had any issues with the cleaners side of the business. They've been very pleasant and welcoming. The alterations side haven't been so pleasant. Mary will give you a quote and not tell her other associate. I'm sure that's how she gets her customer. I went in recently and she was so rude. I went to try and get my wedding dress fitted. Apparently, I didn't look to her standards to spend on alterations. Her tone was uncalled for. Definitely not professional. It's too bad this will cost her a customer. I wouldn't recommend getting anything done at the alteration side.
