While staff USUALLY helpful and store has a great selection......you are treated as a POTENTIAL THIEF if you request a wine from the locked up temp controlled section, where wines are on the more expensive side and then continue to shop! The same wine sales women will take your bottle up front "per rules" so you can't steal it! Even though you might have more expensive wines already in your basket while shopping, she does not care about those....she'll just go by the rules without using common sense and corral your wine up front until you check out so you can't steal it! VERY INSULTING :( I contacted corporate about this, who evidently couldn't be bothered to answer the complaint! I won't be shopping at this store again......
