I've visited this nail salon 3 times. I have had a different tech each time. Jenny was sweet and was interested in making sure that I was happy with her work. This visit made me return because it was a good experience. Michelle cut my cuticles very frequently on multiple fingers and I had blood trapped in my SNS manicure. You could visibly see a nail brush hair stuck beneath the finishing coat as well. She bruised my knuckle and was overall... careless. Note- you are receiving a bare-bones manicure here. Even if you get an SNS manicure, it's more like a 'polish change'. This next statement may be rude, but it's how I feel. They seem to be VERY tip hungry, to point where they are physically reaching into your wallet for extra cash when they help you get your card to pay when your nails may be drying, etc. Not okay. I will not be returning.
