We lived in Japan for almost 5 years and know good sushi versus bad sushi. We had tried several local sushi places without finding The One. A friend of ours told us to try Sushi Tachi and we've been going ever since. We do the all you can eat and start off by ordering tuna, salmon, and yellow tail nigiri to see which fish is the best that day. Typically two of the three are fresh and mouth watering. We then continue ordering those and a few rolls which vary depending on our mood. We always order the veggie tempura (which are amazing), gyoza, and calamari from the kitchen. Put those orders in right away because they sometimes take awhile especially if they are busy. If you are looking for authentic sushi, this is the place to go! It's our go to sushi restaurant.
