I signed a contract with Cameo Pools on 6/1/14 and had a very nice, well constructed pool to swim in on 8/1/14.
Cameo's service and communication throughout the construction project was absolutely top notch. Marcie did a great job with coordination, and the quality of the pool tile, pebble sheen, pump, etc. has been praised by several landscapers I had for post-pool landscaping quotes. The one issue I had with the chlorination system was followed up on and promptly and taken care of.
The only reason for four stars and not five is that the salesperson I had (Brian) was not terribly honest upfront. He told us there wouldn't be any issues with our dog door when it came to permitting (there was--we had to fill it in). He told us permitting usually took about a week to seven days (it took three weeks). The process of design/permit/getting started took almost half of the two months total from contract to completion.
I would certainly go with Cameo Pools again. Oh, and one important thing to have written into the contract...a firm completion date with penalties for late completion. We wrote in an August 1 completion date with a $50 credit for each day late (again, it seemed our sales guy made very aggressive assertions to how quickly a pool could be installed); feedback we received was that our pool was certainly fast-tracked and completed much more quickly than a standard pool.
