So we brought in an iPhone 5s with a cracked screen and a broken LCD. After we agreed to the work, we were estimated 90 - 120 mins for repair. We called around 90 mins and they said, "NO idea as to when it will be ready." So we waited another 90 mins and showed up, at the store, after 3 HRS of waiting. Still working on the phone!! They found a problem with the home button. Great, then call us and ask what to do. Why else would you ask for a contact number?? They advertise $35 for $55 coupon, then won't honor it on the LCD repair? The fine print didn't state that. Needless to say, there are SO MANY cell phone repair places in town, I'd shop elsewhere next time!
