I ordered on line from a photo and the recipient sent me a picture. It was nothing like what I ordered plus id paid for the upgraded Deluxe arrangement. Sorely disappointing. HOWEVER...I called and the gentleman that took my call was very apologetic and said he would supervise a new arrangement to be delivered the next day, and assured me it would be stunning. He delivered it himself! I offered to send the photo to him and he didnt even question my complaint. The replacement was a very nice improvement. I highly recommend following up with any recipient to confirm they got what you ordered. Note...he did retrieve the lesser arrangement. I do think it should have been left considering the trouble and embarrassment I experienced with having to call and complain. Because of that, I would not recommend nor use this florist in the future. But he did make it right.
