Ordered online at 1:55, said it'd be complete in 3-5 minutes. I arrived about 8 minutes later, and no drinks were ready. I went to the counter and explained I had a mobile order, and they clearly hadn't started on it, giving the bs excuse that they just recieved it. This is the 2nd time this has happened for us at this location. The last time they were friendly, apologetic, and quickly got our order ready. This time they were rude and completed the orders of the other customers there first before starting ours. I guess they don't take seriously the "skip the line" purpose of their app. I got one drink of my order placed at the far side of the counter, and waited for the other. A few minutes later I'm asked what I'm waiting for..."the rest of my order". The batista proceeds to indignantly tell me mobile orders are served on the other side of the counter....which is interesting since they just served me the other drink at the opposite counter. I finally get my drink at 2:15. No apology given, the were rude, and they were slow. Not sure why this store is such a problem, guess I'll go down the road next time.
