Not the same issues others had with cleanliness... However:
After getting into our room the first night the tv didn't work, so we called the front desk, the girl said she "didn't know what to do" as there were no other rooms, and wouldn't send someone down to take a look at it. We ended up disconnecting and reconnecting the cables and it started working, so we lucked out I guess.
We pulled out the hide-a-bed and there was no bedding. I sent my 21yr old down to ask for some and was told that there were no blankets available, but they would get us 1 tomorrow.
And, while I don't tend to expect a ton out of continental breakfasts, all they had when we went down at 9am was oatmeal, granola bars and coffee. (They had run out of fruit, cocoa and the small pre-packaged sickly muffins I saw others with). Even if they had these though, it would have still been pretty pathetic as it didn't look like they offer juice, dry cereal, toast, or any other basic options)
All I can say is wow... (First negative yelp review I've ever written)
