most non existent customer service ever experienced. emailed them june 20th for a quote through website. didn't get a response until 6/26. replied to her email with a couple more questions, a week later got a response with an oops sorry, having email issues. told Ashlie smith I wanted to move forward and where they were located. no response. called the number at the bottom of the email and got a location in Colorado. told the guy must have made a mistake as I'm in az and got an email from Ashlie with a quote. he says, no we are in az too. explained lack of response and he said, let me get your number and have laurie at our az location call you right back. she will call you in a few minutes. 9 hrs later and still no call. I've never TRIED so hard to give someone my business. horrible. welp, going somewhere else for my window replacement. and I was a cash pay. both of the bad reviews for this company are for their phx location...things that make you go hmmmm
