Went to Parma last night for dinner. Had an arugula salad which was just ok for me but others loved it. We also had an order of the beet salad at the table and that was delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and service was great. I ordered the linquini with clams (red sauce) and the fresh clams were excellent, the noodles were cooked perfectly, but there was something in the red sauce that was very very salty. The top half of the dish was excellent and then I hit the salty portion and it was awful. I will go again but will try a different dish and hopefully can change the 3 stars to 5 stars.
