Hate to keep ragging on this place but how else will they know what needs to be fixed.
First, I now go here only when I have to. In this case it was to buy several cases of a flooring for our bathroom that we had seen on display a couple of weeks earlier. After finally hunting down assistance, he told me the flooring wasn't in stock because it was "out of season". Out of season? Really? Flooring is seasonal?!?! While asking him to check other HD's, he took a phone call on his mobile phone and turned his back on me to talk. After walking up and down the isle to chat, he came back to tell me it wasn't available in any of their stores. As of 3 weeks later, the "out of season" tile is still on display but no matter, we bought from another store.
