Lol! Why on earth would I take my car back to the shop that showed they were negligent in the first place?! I have zero trust in you, and you confirmed that opinion when you blamed your error on someone tampering with my car. What is more reasonable to believe? That the shop where I just got an oil change at didn't screw the plug on tight enough causing my oil to leak all over and almost blowing my engine OR someone crawled under my car loosened my plug but made sure not to steal anything from my car and made sure not to cause any other damage to my car in the process? Hmmmm Sir the fact that you released my personal information (ie my last name) in your bizarre rant shows the kind of professional you are. I unfortunately chose one stop auto for my oil change not because of the reviews (which I suspect your friends and family wrote) but because you were close to my job. Take some responsibility for your incompetence and learn to be polite to paying customers.
