Scheduled an appointment with Justin, worst experience I've ever encountered. He was very rough while washing my hair, essentially yanking at my head when brushing, and towards the end of the cut I noticed a great amount of my hair had been cut, when I merely asked for a trim. My mouth dropped, and I asked him to stop cutting my hair. I proceeded to get up, in which he offered a free cut. To top off the horrible haircut, he was extremely rude the second I sat down which should had been a clear indicator. You may be safe with other stylist, but don't go to Justin.
