We were trying to find a specific fastener and the large hardware store didn't have it. Luckily, someone recommended Jacobs Hardware to us. The staff were friendly and helpful even though we were making a small purchase. They were able to find exactly what we needed and found it quickly. Would definitely go back as they are genuinely interested in helping customers.
