This was the 1st time Ive needed my carpets and tiles professionally cleaned because normally I do it myself but I am so glad I went through BNS carpet and tile cleaning. They cleaned for me yesterday & it was a stress free experience, the 2 techs were very respectful and prompt and even gave me two updating phone calls for when they were going to be arriving which helps me alot because I have 3 kids & 2 jobs that keep me pretty busy. Reading the fine print w/the groupon helps along with communication & made it so easy!! I'm sorry for those that had a bad experience, I don't see why or how it could have turned bad when these two gentleman were very nice to me but it may have to do with me being nice to them! It all starts somewhere! :) Thank you BNS for your awesome work!
