Absolutely terrible customer service. I was stuck in traffic on the freeway, I called ahead to let them know and I was 9 minutes late to my appointment. The girl at the front told me "sorry our policy is only 5 minutes late". So they wouldn't take me for being 4 minutes late. I am so upset since I come all the time, and now I will not be going back.
