I was looking for a place on the west side of town to get my hair cut, so I didn't have to make the trek across town to my regular stylist. I am a 60 year old woman. I don't care about "new" hairstyles. I just wanted a simple short summer cut. Pam decided it was time for a change and preceded to give me a new style. I looked like an idiot walking out the door and tried to avoid eye contact with everyone. I was able to come home, wash my hair and style it my way. Pam also insulted me by saying my hair looked like a mullet. Yep, that's why I was there, because my short hair was growing out and I needed a cut. Pam wreaked of cigarette smoke and I had to hold my breath the entire time. A couple of her regular customers walked in and she told them she would be with them in a few minutes. I had only been in the chair for 10 minutes, so she rushed through my cut. I won't go back. I will drive the 15 miles to my hairstylist on the other side of town. Also, they don't shampoo or blow dry. Just spritz hair with water and cut. Very stressful, nothing relaxing about this place.
