I went in to Town and Country to see the options I had for trading in my VW GTI for a possible new Mustang GT. After finding the right car, we got into making the deal. Overall, it went smooth! The first issue I had was I wasn't too happy with the trade in value and interest rate they were offering me and was told they were limited to changing the offer (the numbers came from the sales team and office located in the back of the dealership). Another issue I had was with someone taking pictures of the car (possibly for their website) I was purchasing while making the deal; it wasn't the taking of the pictures that was a problem, but the fact that he would slam the door or hood after he had taken the picture or cause alarms to go off during the deal. Aside from that, and tedious paperwork, we were taken care of by Mr. Rene Schoepflin really well and he made sure everything was in order for us; he didn't come short regarding any aspect of the customer relation and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Would definitely work again with him when buying a new car. We got down to finishing the deal and I walked out with a brand new car. Their vanilla cappuccino was incredibly delicious too!
