Wouldn't have come out if it weren't courtesy of Yelp. Location-wise, I guess it wasn't too bad of a bad venue. We went around 5pm on Friday, so parking was pretty manageable. Temperatures were fairly warm and the Vegas sun was quite intense. You'd think there'd be more shade, especially since many lines were super long. Food-wise my favorite item was....the corn.. lol!! Does that tell you anything? We didn't have the patience to wait 1-4 hours for Seoul Sausage, White Castle. We tried one of the shaved ice places (bleh) and Fukuburger (mehs). The burger we got at Fukuburger looked tasty.. but was undercooked and the burger buns seemed like the cheap 99cent variety kind at the dollar store. After this, we were pretty much done because the lines were too long. On a side note... it was disheartening to see a bunch of people smoking their stuff in front of kids. But I guess that's to be expected at events like this. The OC fair in SoCal is MUCH better, as are the food trucks in Portland OR! Sigh... miss those!
