As a female who isn't interested or educated in fixing cars, I always worry that the people at garages are taking advantage of me. It does happen and I've fallen victim, which is why I started going to Frank's. The guys there make me feel comfortable by being polite and explaining costs clearly. Everybody always seems like they're happy to be there and I always walk out with a smile on my face. My car has never been so well taken care of!
