I selected Swimming Pool Service and Repair based on Yelp reviews. After 8 years, my original tiles were starting to fall off, so I finally had to get them replaced. Since the work, 2 tiles have fallen off twice in 4 years. It is not due to structural fault. Workmanship was not at its best when grout and thinset were just not up to par. After they have fallen off, I can see how gappy the thinset has been applied and the grout definitely didn't hold up. If my first pool needed repair/replace after 8 years, then I wouldn't think I had to deal with a service defect twice in 4 years.
