Service Pro is one of the plumbers contracted by the City of Tempe for sewer replacements in the SLIPP program. Took months for them to get the job done. Then they jacked the plumbing inside my home so I had to call another plumber and caused a water leak to my swimming pool lines which is still costing me money. They came back and dug it up but refused to fix it. My roomate wrote a review and was threatened by the owner so he deleted the negative review. I have pictures of the crappy work everywhere. James has a charismatic smile but don't let it fool you.
