I normally do not complain about a store or service, except to the store and their manager, well, my rant today regards Albertsons at Horizon and College. My wife is on chemo-therapy and her doctors want her to have lots of iron in her diet. One way that she likes is Total cereal. So today I return to the Alberton's and speak with ass't manager about their not carrying Total any longer. The attitude was that they had a recent reset and Total was not in the mix any longer. I asked if it could be special ordered. "No". So you want me to shop elsewhere? "That choice is up to you." "You would rather I shop at Smith's or WINCO?"I asked. "Entirely up to you." So I read this as they do not care about customer service and they would prefer I shop elsewhere, and the attitude from the person was they do not care about my or your business in their store. So, except for an emergency, I will go to Smith's Winco, and Sprouts.
