Gorgeous room with a great view of the Toronto skyline (on the 19th floor). Very busy so it took time to check in and sort parking. Walking distance to a mall and several plazas with an interesting assortment of restaurants. And very quiet. I didn't hear anyone - not even people in the halls. The AC worked wonderfully and barely made noise. The bed was amazingly huge and comfortable. TV was modern and had a great selection of channels. The best part was the shower. Pure serenity! The only negative was the elevator. Being on the 19th floor, I definitely wanted to take it up and I actually didn't see where the stairs were so I took it down too. The wait time was so long when waiting in the lobby. Then, going down from the 19th floor it stopped every few floors to pick up people. I hope no one was claustrophobic! Good distance from Toronto's downtown and very nice hotel grounds. I'd stay there again for sure if the price was right (bit expensive)!
