Bill Ballon and his associate Joe did great work on my 2011 BMW 3-series (E92) about 2 months ago. I've given myself a few weeks with his work and it's top notch. The car's ride and my overall enjoyment of driving the car has improved greatly due to Bill's recommendation of a different kind of tire as well as some new suspension components required for state inspection. The Sport Package with Continental run-flats from the factory produced for me that notoriously jarring, excessively-hard ride and it's much smoother now over our buckled and broken snow-belt roads. If money is no object, Bill can work with a body shop to get your BMW looking showroom new. If you are on a tight budget, as i was, he has a network of resources where he can find used and/or refurbished/remanufactured parts, and his labor rate is very reasonable considering his attention to detail and expertise.
