Went on a thursday evening and it wasn't too busy, but they do take their time with each order.
I ordered a scoop of the london fog and totaro - taste was ok, nothing amazing. Totaro flavor was a bit creamy and it had chips of ice throughout..not very thoroughly blended.
I was very put off with the way they prepared the ice cream sandwiches though. Which is why i only ordered scoops, no direct hand contact involved with the food.
The cashier who takes your order is also the one who makes it...and it was disgusting to see them handle cash and then go directly to preparing your order without washing their hands or putting on gloves! I witnessed this being done for the two people in front of me!!
Cannot believe this is how they handle food, mKes me question what else they slack on behind doors.
