I'm new to leaving yelp reviews, however the service our growing company has received from Knox has been above satisfactory and I had to leave a review. We were moving into a new office and had a very small window in which we needed our network set up. With short notice Knox was able to accomplish all of the work that needed to be done, just in time for an important meeting and our launch party. They set up our IP phone system, wireless network, TV's, and an awesome in ceiling sound system powered by sonos (speakers are controlled through an app). Jon updates and maintains our network, security settings, and wireless remotely. If there is ever an issue, Jon always comes into the office before or after business hours so that it never interrupt our work flow. We are an online company and survive through our internet connection. We are looking forward to getting our access control keyfob system put in as well.
