The place is incredibly inviting and the woman at the front desk is so sweet. However, do NOT go with groomer Melissa. She butchered my dog's hair. My dog has long hair and I requested that he just have a trim. When he came back to me he had at least four SHAVED spots. This is not ok! She claims that she was unable to get the mats out of his fur so the shaving was necessary. This is not true given I have a dematting tool that has got the mats out ever time without shaving. I wish I remembered the name of the first groomer I had there because she was great. I will give this company one more try because I think they mean well but if I get another botched job, and still have to pay $65, I will not go back.
