I called about memberships. On the website it says "Memberships dues range from $47/month up to $60/month depending on the length of the membership" and "You can join for anything from 1 month up to 24 months."
Interesting that when I asked about a trial membership of one month for my girlfriend and me and inquired about a promotion they had, the person cut me off and said that the promotion was only for 1-year memberships. Ok, fair enough.
Oddly, he continued and said that the 1-month membership wasn't cost-effective because you have to pay the enrollment fee and $89 for the one month.
I didn't even argue the point. I'm not looking to argue about a gym membership, but this interaction told me everything I needed to know. There seems to be a trend of comments about rude management.
I'm glad I called supreme after this club. Totally opposite experience. I'll steer clear of this one.
