Our room has brown water stains on the ceiling and the toilet barely flushes. The trash can wasn't emptied from the previous guest. No one came to do any housekeeping while we were gone for the day. I called the front desk to ask about it. Busy signal. I called many times and only ever got a busy signal. Called housekeeping--no answer and voicemail was full. So, left the room and found an employee, and towels were brought to the room. But no apology or explanation for why our room wasn't cleaned. Meantime my wife took our daughter to the pool--no towels there. Had to get a beach towel from the car. Restaurant in hotel appears to be closed. We should have paid the extra money to stay at the Hampton next door.
