Not gonna lie I was frustrated when I walked into this place but quickly realized it was not going to get easier. These guys were busy working, everyone of them. But I got greeted and checked in and away with my Honda pilot. Parts for my suv were not available on site so had to wait for delivery but it was quick. I can back next day and within 2 hours out. Just in time for last minute Xmas shopping. Thanks pepboys I'll be coming back for sure.
