Incompetent staff. Store pick-up via online order could not be cancelled/refunded. Jumping through hoops with store staff via phone, PetSmart support via phone and email and still can't get it cancelled after 1.5 weeks.
Pet trainer at this location is of questionable skill. Puppy class is not recommended. Look elsewhere.
PetSmart STILL don't offer tap-to-pay contactless payment like pretty much every other retailer in Canada. For credit/debit, you must use a physical card with PIN and Chip. No ApplePay/AndroidPay support at all and seems like they will never upgrade their old hardware.
My dog has been bitten twice at this location. The other shoppers at this location don't keep control of their pets or visit with unfriendly pets. Never visit with my pet any more.
Only shop here when I get a $10 off coupon via email. Otherwise routinely shop at PetValu down the street next to Longo's.
