I really liked the staff every time I came in and was impressed by the variety of services and products. I couldn't get the right tan and often couldn't get the service I wanted when I arrived. Who always knows when they will need/want a massage or feel like a sauna? Try to make appointments when possible. The most disappointing thing for me, though was how I just got taken on the monthly plan. They sold it to me very explicitly (verbally anyhow) that I only was obligated to pay for 5 months then could cancel if I didn't want to continue with the monthly plan. I would have been happy to come in for a sauna here or there but now they are saying I have to pay another 2 months per my contract. Granted, I was excited to get going with the services and did initial and sign, but they knew exactly what they were doing. I don't tolerate deceptive business practices. I have asked about it the last couple of months and have been given the same response. Just wait until August and you can cancel. Today is August 1 and I was ready to be done with these payments. Time for a BBB report. Use caution when signing up for a monthly plan and don't be fooled by sweet, bubbly personalities and "I'm going to go out on a limb with this deal for you," sales tactics.
