I recently decided to put a scooter on lay away and my husband decided he didn't want the scooter so it's been 7 days I called to cancel and they are still charging a restocking fee I was told that they put the scooters together when they are paid and was told that the model I bought was sold out this place is a rip off and the $200 paperwork my next step is better business bureau I want to see my finished scooter they need to restock bull crap restocking fee
