We walked into this location with an exchange. Diane at the customer service desk was extremely rude...and the rudeness continued even after asking to speak with someone else. If our experience had ended here I would be giving a one star. However, at that point Niki stepped in and took control of the situation. Her customer service skills are awesome and because of her we not only were able to make our exchange but we also purchased more. If she wouldn't have been there Bed Bath & Beyond would have lost money from us. Due to Diane's poor attitude and poor customer relations, however, I doubt will we frequent this location.
