This place is absolutely incredible. Through my numerous experiences with coming here, the staff and food are incredible.
First off, Food. Fried cauliflower and short ribs are my absolute favorite. Fish and chips are delicious, and the roasted chicken is tasty too! I read another comment how they were out of certain foods when a patron came... its because they are delicious and that customer was just late to the game! Kudos to the Public House kitchen for making mouthwatering dishes!
Secondly, staff. To the GM, Kirk: you have a rockin' staff. Whatever motivation inspiration tactics you use, keep doing it. PH managers are on point. Ernie, Stevie, the French fellow, im sorry, i didnt catch his name when i was there, are fantastic. PH bar staff. Wow. Every single person who has been behind the bar has customer service spewing out of their pores. I cannot wait to come back for more fantastic food, and amazing service.
