I love this store because of how clean and how organize everything is . Such a beautiful store. But I just can't handle bad customer service . Especially cosmetic area ! I walked through that area looking for a specific item. And all I saw was about 8 employees just standing around , staring and talking to each other. Not one word to me as I stand in the middle of all of them. Not even a greet from any of them. Mac employees were great . Greeting and asked if I needed any help. But at the point , I didn't wanna get anything anymore ! So I ended up buying my make up at Macy's ! Better service at
Macys!
