RIP-OFF! !!!! First time, I send my 20 year old daughter for a cleaning and I was told she will be there for an hour 30 to 2 hours...Well she called me in 20min after her app and she said that they didn't do any cleaning, But they took a bunch of x-rays and told her they needed to take her wisdom teeth out...I said What???? And they told her that she had a real good insurance, and that they didn't have anyone qualified to do the cleaning...So I called and I was transferred to the manager name Danielle, I was asking her why they only did x-rays and not her cleaning services and she said oh because we don't have the staff at the moment, so I ask her, so you guys set the appoin. to do what? Oh well we got her x-rays and all for now... me: oh so you guys can bill my insurance righ!
her: we you are not paying anything we are billing the insurance... I was so mad and the fact that she was smirking over the phone like I was stupid, well that was super RUDE !!! And she cover the phone to talk to someone alse while am talking to her...and
I called her on it, And she said yea yea am her listening... sure you are!!! Way to much at once I would NOT trust this office to do anything they don't care for people all they want is your money and get you out. So unprofessional, I have never been treated this way in a dental office, me thinking it was in summerland Yea ok!!!
