Called us a dick for bringing a gun back they shouldn't have sold. Without asking, he told us were getting a refund, excluding the background $25 fee. We weren't even given the option to have it fixed, just a refund, so... we wanted it all back considering it was their error to being in with. Thankfully, he "didn't want to hear it", so we got back the $25.
