I have been going to Herbal Nails for quite some time and my last two visits have been less than stellar. Appt booked and they were not even open yet. Very slow in doing the procedures. Had to return to get the SNS fixed as it was thick and color very uneven. Returned this week for pedicure that took almost two hours. Also got the SNS nails removed (don't let them fool you that it is healthy OR herbal) and a manicure. Manicure was in luke warm water with very littel atention paid to the damage the SNS does to the nails. Technician said I needed a buff on my nails - did not tell me it was an upcharge. I am never charged the same price twice for same procedures. Herbal Nails you have lost a customer - although I am not sure you care.
