Terrible customer service. Customer service is the worst I've ever received. I went in the store with simple questions and Mitch couldn't help me. He had an attitude, was very condescending and even laughed at me. Customer service manager, Chris was helpful to an extent but didn't do anything when his own representative was arguing with me right in front of him.
Very disappointed. They need to work on their customer service and try to help customers. They look like they hate their jobs.
