**ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION** This place shouldn't even be in business. Brought in three dogs for grooming, only one came out without issues, but then again, he (dog number 1) only was bathed and dried. Even with the owner giving me $20 off because my Goldendoodle (dog number 2) now looks like he'd been assaulted with a lawnmower thanks to the groomer (Deedee) doing whatever she wanted to the point I don't even recognize him, I still paid $195 plus tip. But that's not all, then I get home and notice my Afghan Hound (dog number 3) was STILL matted in the same areas as when I brought him in. So I call to talk to the owner/groomer, Tom, to let him know I was very disappointed with the service and won't be returning...and...he begins to raise his voice, which quickly escalates to shouting, mind you, I didn't ask for anything, not a refund, nothing, but he's shouting and doesn't let me speak, so I hang up. I can't deal with a screaming man, now it makes sense why every groomer he hires is gone within months of being hired. He is what's wrong in this world.
