The ppl working the front desk are awful. When I call to book it always takes at least 5min and they often get my name wrong, anyway. The couples room has had AC broken for over a week now and when I call they still try to schedule me in there! Then they ask if ok bc AC broken. Ummm...it's July in Vegas, I think I'd like AC during my massage. This has happened 3x. So weird that A) it's been broken this long and B) they keep scheduling customers in a room w no AC during summer in the desert. Not reliable . Massages are average, obv depends on your therapist. Front desk consistently slow and misinformed, tho.
