DO NOT MOVE HERE! my first week 6 months ago i had to call fire dept cuz could not get answer service for after hrs maitince. Water pipe broke under sink water gushed out for 10 min. Also 2 times this happened to me were i go start my laundry and go to office to add money on card and there closed for staff meeting. Thank god for friendly neighbors. The pool is a joke.. they are closed during periods of time. We live in vegas its hot! The pool has no chairs to sit anywere not even a net to clean out all the big ass waterbugs in there. The entire staff has BAD COMMUNICATION. We had property damage done to our vehicle from maitince makin poor decisions. And now my ac is acting up just paid 230$ for the bill. I told them if they can come look at it. Called twice that day and here it is 3 days later and no contact. I am sure there is more i can go on about but not trying to write a book. PS THEY HAVE BUGS.... OH YEA MY UNIT hAD BED BUGS we found one month after living here. I seen a couple wen moving in but i didnt know what they were at first.
