I had appointments set in the morning at the time they open, and we were the only people upon arrival. They said that they now couldn't fit us in until an hour later as they were too busy, and that only one of us could be seen. The other would have to come back in the afternoon. Okay, I get it, I'm flexible. The following conversation regarding the afternoon appointment set up: Me: what time do you have availability? The receptionist: the only time is at 2:20 Me: nothing sooner? Them: nope 2:45 is the earliest Me: wait... 2:45? I thought you said- Them: I meant 2:15 Me: I will take the 2:15 Them: okay (writes down 2:30 on the appointment card) see you then Me: sooo... 2:30 now? You sure? Them: (eyes roll) that's what it says That was the smoothest of the whole reception ordeal.BTW, the waiting room only received 2 other people. And one of those people was having similar experience as ours. The doctors were attentive and once in the room we were seen promtly. Also they had no problems with seeing both of us, so we didn't have to come back later.
