My experience with this dealership was an absurd drama - error upon error.. They need to learn to take responsibility for their mistakes, apologize and take an appropriate action to compensate and/or correct, rather then allowing problems to escalate, passing the buck and relying on empty words that hold no water after trust has been repeatedly.. betrayed. There are many Hyundai Dealerships in Calgary that are easily.. a better bet for a satisfactory experience. Knowingly sending me off the lot with a damaged vehicle (I paid for a new one!), standing me up for appointments and only minimally correcting serious problems when i really made an issue with management which again... wastes a customers valuable time. They verbally will assure that they provide great customer service but it holds nothing.
