We had a great experience with First Impressions from start to finish. Our salesperson, Tracy McSwain was very helpful and knowledgeable, so easy to work with! The installation was on time and well done. Ours is a new house and we needed some adjustments after about 6 months, with some settling in the new property. Jennifer and Michelle in customer service were very nice and helpful. A service call was set up quickly, and the person who came out was great. Had us taken care of very quickly. We've had several new neighbors ask where we got the gate & door, and we were very happy to refer them.
