Rip off. Katy was very friendly, but is way overpriced. The quality of the hair is horrible, and the metal clips are extremely damaging to your hair. I used the products Katy offers at her salon and after 3 months my extensions were extremely knotty, and looked horrible after 3 more months i couldnt stand it any more. After taking them out my hair was so damaged from the metal clips. The stylist that took them out was shocked the metal clips that Katy uses doesnt even have silicone in them. I had my hair re done with the hot fusion style and my hair is growing back and more healthy. I purchased my hair that is great quality for $200 at a hair and wig shop. Ive been using the same hair for almost a year now, it still looks great and no knots!! Don't waist your money or ruin your hair here.
